ATS Circuitboard Upgrades

ATS Electro-Lube International, Inc. offers a wide range of upgrade options that provide the Ultimate, Jack and Titan series units a unique ability to meet environmental and application requirements. 

RC - Remote Control offers the ability to control the unit via a PLC or External Source.  The RC Circuitboard keeps track of the lubrication cycle even when PLC controls Pause the lubricator in the middle a lube cycle. 

RP - Remote Power allows the unit to operate with 110vac Power.  It does require the use of an MDPS Power Supply.

DC Power - DC Power allows the unit to operate with 6-24vdc Power.  Generally supplied by PLC or an external power supply allows this unit to be slaved directly to equipment operation. 

VSCCB - Vibration Sensing Circuitboard allows the unit to detect external equipment vibration with three unique settings.  The lubricator will internally go into pause mode based on the vibration from the mounted application.  No additional cables, power, or accessories are needed. 

CT - This Cold Temperature motor upgrade improves the torque and function in cold environments.  The CT option should be used in conjunction with a MDBATPACK-L4 or L8 battery pack. 

RPRC - The Remote Power and Remote Control upgrade, combines the features of both while offering at a slightly discounted rate

PULSECOUNTER - Pulse Counting upgrade utilizes a remote switch to sense actuating piece of equipment and grease according to a set number of pulses.  This option gives the ability to ensure greasing schedule aligns with application operation.
