Refund policy
Effective date: May 11, 2026
Armor Industrial ("we," "us," or "Armor") sells industrial lubrication automation, contamination control, and condition monitoring equipment to commercial and industrial customers. This policy describes when returns are accepted and how refunds are calculated.
Restocking Fee
All approved returns and refunds are subject to a 30% restocking fee, calculated on the net invoice price of the returned items (excluding shipping and any applicable taxes). The restocking fee covers inspection, repackaging, return-to-stock handling, and the administrative cost of reversing the transaction.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Returned within 30 days of the original invoice date.
- In new, unused, resaleable condition with all original packaging, labels, documentation, and accessories intact.
- Accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Armor before shipment back to us.
The following items are non-returnable:
- Custom-configured products, made-to-order assemblies, and any product sold under a "Quote Required" listing.
- Filters, breathers, lubricants, and other consumables once removed from sealed packaging.
- Special-order items not normally held in our inventory.
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or modification after delivery.
How to Request a Return
- Contact us within 30 days of invoice date with your invoice number, the items you want to return, and the reason for the return.
- We will issue an RMA number and return shipping instructions if the items are eligible.
- Ship the items back, prepaid, in their original packaging. The RMA number must be clearly visible on the outside of the package.
- Once we receive and inspect the items, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, less the 30% restocking fee and any outbound shipping that was not separately invoiced.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your shipment arrives damaged or you discover a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of receipt. Defective items covered by manufacturer warranty are handled through the manufacturer's warranty process; we will help coordinate the claim. Shipping damage must be reported with photos and the original carrier packaging so we can file the freight claim.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned items. The time for the funds to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.
